PCA and POCA- What's the Difference?

PCA is
Providence Community Acupuncture

PCA is one of many Community Acupuncture clinics that belong to POCA. We support POCA’s mission and work directly with other clinics around North America because we know the benefits and power of working together.

POCA is the Peoples
Organization of
Community
Acupuncture

POCA is a multi-stakeholder co-operative made up of acu-punks, community acupuncture clinics, allied providers and YOU-patients and community members.

To join the People’s Organization of Community Acupuncture visit POCA’s website.

Annual Memberships for Patient/Community Members are $25- $100 sliding scale.

Why Join POCA?

Free birthday treatment that you can use any time
No new patient fees at any of the 200 POCA clinics across North America
3 First Treatment free cards to share with your friends and family, can be used at any POCA clinic
Knowing you are helping access to community acupuncture grow: membership dues go towards microloans for new clinics and towards POCA Tech, the technical school for community acupuncturists.

POCA clinics hold  POCA Membership Drives in May and October, but you are welcome to join POCA at anytime.

Watch for POCA member specials at PCA and other POCA clinics.

Joining POCA is NOT required to be treated at PCA.
