Free Ear Clinic:
Acudetox or the NADA protocol is commonly used in addiction recovery and trauma support work, and is safe, simple, and effective for stress, anxiety, insomnia, pain, and cravings.
We recently hosted a training in which 12 people engaged in work around behavioral health, recovery, and community support trained to provide this protocol. They will be offering these free follow-up clinics to complete their certification in order to incorporate this simple yet powerful tool into their work.
When: Saturdays November 3rd, December 1st, and December 15th from 2:30 to 4:30pm
Where: Providence Community Acupuncture 1055 Westminster St.
All treatments provided on a first come, first serve basis. No appointments!
If you have questions about the training, or the ear clinic, please contact Caroline at firstname.lastname@example.org
As you all know, at PCA, we love increasing access to acupuncture in any way we can. We were part of a powerful team that advocated for Licensed Chemical Dependency Professionals to be able to use NADA in their work confronting the opioid epidemic in Rhode Island. We are proud to be hosting this training and free ear clinic as part of our continuing mission to ensure that acupuncture is available as a tool to anyone who wants it to support their own health and wellness.
