Introducing our NEW Scheduler

 If you used our old online scheduler in the past Jane will try to match your info with your existing profile. If instead you create a duplicate profile we are able to easily merge the old and new. 

  • We're So Excited

    We have a new online scheduler. Create a new user name and password by clicking on the icon here or the Jane logo.

  • Contactless Payment

    Add a credit, debit, HSA or FSA card to your Jane scheduler account for contactless payments.

  • Cancellation Policy Changes

    We now ask for 12 hours notice or pay a $20 late cancel/ missed appointment fee.

  • Appointments Are Required

    Sorry, for now we're not doing walk-ins. But check the scheduler online or call us for last-minute appointments.

Online COVID Screening Form

To find and complete the mandatory COVID screening form and Health History Questionnaire online, log in to the scheduler and look for the tab labeled “Intakes” under the heading “My Account.”   

We also screen each person verbally before each treatment.

Coming With A Family Member?

Our new online scheduler allows you to link your account with family members to make scheduling more than one person easier!

First both family members must have online accounts. Then look in the left column when you’re logged in for the add family member option

If you call us to schedule more than one person, we’ll need  the following info in order to schedule them:
name, date of birth, phone number and email.
